I used to like 7-11 coffee more when it I could pour it from a regular pot. I don't know if it was a law change, but everything comes from a dispenser now. For some reason it doesn't give me the feeling that I'm getting something fresh. But at this place their have all the adds your could imagine to have for a coffee. Nice Asian assistant and very friendly.

Whoever the Asian lady is, is rude, unkind and unhelpful. Barks at employees and I needed simple help, she wouldn’t allow one of the employees to help me because they were “too busy”. There were 3 customers in the store. If you can’t handle 3 customers don’t work there lady!

Don’t spend your money here!! I have been poorly treated by the overnight employee many many times. Won’t take my coupons, called the cops on me, told me I was a liar, my coupon was fake(issued by the camel reps), wasn’t accepted(they’ve taken it during the day by managers), I was told I was trespassing, all because I had a coupon that the freak show night guy wouldn’t accept because he doesn’t know how to do his job. This complaint has been taken all the way to the top.

The woman’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. They didn’t have any toilet paper, I stepped on a bug as soon as I walked in, the sink looked like it hadn’t been wiped in weeks, the floor hasn’t been swept for just as long, and a tooth brush and tooth paste were in a bag on the edge of the sink, probably an employees. When I mentioned that there was no toilet paper, another employee said “oh yeah, it’s right over there”. As in, not where it needed to be for a customer using the restroom. It’s a new store, which requires daily restroom cleaning. Unacceptable!!
