Received great service from David. He was professional and very helpful. I found what I was looking for at a great price. Also the delivery was great. Brian and Tim did an excellent set up with no mess or trash left behind. When I make my next purchase it will be here and hopefully with the same sales rep and delivery team. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience. I’m only giving 4 stars simply because this is the third time the delivery team has come to set up my bed and were given the wrong rails. The delivery team is always courteous and helpful. They are almost always early and work quickly and efficiently. I’ve ordered so many things from this store that I’ve met all the delivery teams and they have always treated me and my home with the upmost respect. I highly recommend this store. The majority of my home is furnished with quality furniture and I have been thrilled with my purchases. My only question now is the following: “Can I get a discount for being a loyal customer???”ud83dude0b

Great buying experience! Andrew Lee was amazing. He was knowledgeable and he listened to all of our questions and concerns. Not to mention he offered us every available discounts and deals possible. He was not pushy at all. This is how all sales transactions should go. It was a very refreshing interaction.
I walked in and was greeted by Andrew Evans. He did not hound me and was very nice, patient, professional, and understanding. He listened to what i said I wanted and worked with me and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the application process and kept me in the loop with everything that he was doing.
