Didn't find what I was looking for but others might

So sad I had to edit my post. But I got what I thought was a nice quality sofa and love seat last year. Around 8-9 months I started noticing small cracks in the couch. I was informed that I waited too long to contact them because I called about 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty. I just didn't think it would fall apart that fast. I guess the cheap price wasn't such a great deal after all.

We purchased a mattress that turned out to be defective. We paid more for another mattress in hopes to get a better quality $1400 total. After weeks of waiting for the mattress i went in to acquire. The sales person immediately started talking about firearms and consealed weapons permits. I spoke with Susan the store manager who then started talking about he past situations with people stealing from the stores she worked at. They both talked to me about other stuff while they put the papers in front of me to sign for my mattress while telling me to sign there but still talking about firearms and people stealing. No terms of my mattress was discussed. When the mattress was delivered it was hard as a rock. I called Susan about exchanging the mattress and was told I purchased one that can't be returned. She told me I was stuck with it and there was nothing she could do. I told her as a first responder I need good sleep but apparently that does not matter to The Dump. I have not been able to sleep on the mattress since I bought it so a complete wast of money customer service was no help either so don't let the staff destract you while they get you to sign paperwork just to get a sale.I was even ready to pay the restocking fee. I will never buy from The Dump or there affiliates again and I will make sure my family friends and coworkers know how I was treated. My daughter moved out today and we were treated so much better at Grand Furniture where I was able to furnish her whole house.
