Grand Furniture

I was contacted by corporate by email and my issues have been resolved.nnIhave been shopping at Grand Furniture for over ten years. Specifically, the Little Creek location. I have never had as much trouble as I have with the new bedroom furniture I purchased back in September. First of all, it was not delivered until January 17. All communication I received led me to believe I would receive my bed, mattress, and dressers. Even the information to track the delivery stated all of the above. When the delivery team arrived, all they had on the truck was the bed and mattress. I called the store and spoke to someone in delivery and was told that the dressers were on back order until the second week of February. Had I known that, I would have waited to get my items delivered until they were all in. The woman I spoke to said someone was supposed to call me. I never received said phone call. I spoke to the salesperson Sunday (the day of my delivery) and was told the manager would be in the next day and that he would call me. I had to call myself, as I never heard from anyone. I have now left several messages every day this week. I have never had a return phone call. I called today and spoke to a different department. I was transferred to delivery and was told I need to speak to a specialist. I had to leave another message, which again was never returned. I am very displeased. I will never purchase furniture from Grand again. I’m disappointed in the lack of care now given to customers.

I placed my order in early November and still haven’t got my furniture. After waiting 3 weeks past my due date I called and they said it’ll be another month so 7 weeks delayed. They offered me a small credit which I took. They told me a new date it would for sure be here. Still nothing. Then I received a text saying it’s delayed again. So I called. They said it would for sure be here Monday March 15. Still nothing. So I called very frustrated and asked how they can fix this situation (considering I took Wednesday and Thursday off at work expecting to get it delivered one of those days). That said there’s nothing they can do since they gave me a small credit before. My order has now been delayed 4 times and I’m very close to just canceling my whole order because this is ridiculous that nobody will help me

Wonderful furniture but high prices

Had a problem with a sectional coutch that I bought. Thought they would give me a hard time after all is said and done they have to a store credit. So I've picked a new set out. They have stood by there word.nLove this about grand furniture
