Rachel Hugo was very helpful. She took the time to hear my vision for my space and helped me look at new ideas that I would like in order to keep my options open, and not feel limited. I appreciated the customer service, but also the help I received in actually designing my space.
As usual, salesperson didn't bug us while we looked at the items we were interested in. She was so knowledgeable , she showed us exactly what we wanted as we had described to her. We were so pleased with the quality of the furniture we didn't have to go home and think about it. We bought it right away. Sheila Barski helped us and she was just perfect. And Mark helped us with some technical information.
Shopped the store on Virginia Beach Blvd, Va Bch, VA. totally outstanding service. Our sales rep, Kwame Otoo took the time for us to decide on the product we wanted that best suite our needs and comfort. Very professional and polite. Most highly recommend this location and sales rep.
Our experience with Havertys Furniture was great!. We worked with Designer Danielle Unser and are over the top happy and pleased with how she arranged our family room. We had an idea of what we wanted and she helped put it all together with amazing colors and accents and we just love it! I highly recommend Havertys furniture and Danielle's expertise in design and her amazing personality. Loved working with her!!
