I am so happy I found American Freight furniture! The furniture was quality and economical. I had a problem with my order that I was unable to get resolved on my own...I called the store and spoke to Alex. He was amazing! He worked quickly to resolve my issue. I will definitely shop at American freight again in the future for my furniture needs. The customer service is great! The associates were patient, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable! Even JJ and Marcos that delivered the furniture did an awesome job!
I bought a table lamb and the sales rep was patient and worked with my disability to provide a good service. I also noticed the warehouse workers in the back work and are quite kind. Tips are definitely appreciated by them.
After going to multiple furniture stores this place was perfect! A great selection, Christian was fantastic and helped so much! Bought today and getting it delivered tomorrow! So happy! Highly recommend!
Bought a headboard and bedframe here, and Robert and the Manager couldn't be more helpful! They gave me a great deal and had everything packed up for pick up the next day! After browsing a ton of other furniture stores in the area, American Freight definitely has the best prices around!
