Quality Inn & Suites Oceanfront

I loved this oceanfront king size bed view. The view was amazing and so refreshing. The only thing I don’t like was it didn’t have breakfast. Or a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The price was high. But the bathroom was beautiful. And it also had a Power button on the mirror and I couldn’t figure out what it was for. Lol however it was a pleasant stay.

Great price, Terrible place!n3/20- 3/22nStop! this place is under heavy renovation. If all you want to do is close your eyes to sleep then maybe stay here. Our room was recently renovated. The room is just okay, and the view is beautiful, but you have to first have your eyes wide open to walk through the horrendous lobby. The elevator is tiny , dirty and has huge flies buzzing around.nThe speaker on the tv in our room sounds like its about to blow out and the phone didn't work. (Not that we needed it).nInformed the front desk as soon as we checked in but nothing was ever done about it. Also informed front desk of broken glass outside of the elevator on Saturday evening; it was not cleaned up until Sunday morning. Staff wasn't too bothered about these issues. Staff wasn't nasty, but wasn't very friendly either.nAlthough the price was right, I wouldn't nor do I recommend this particular hotel for your future getaway.

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. Under heavy construction, which would have been nice to mention at the time of booking. I messaged the property requesting a room on a higher level when I booked a month in advance. It would have also been nice to get a response from them or at least to know that there were none available ahead of time instead of just sticking me in a room in a dark corner on the 1st floor and when I mentioned it respond with “We don’t have any higher levels.” No apology or anything. When I came in, the lobby was packed with at least 15 people, all over the place, none had masks on or were asked to wear them, despite the signage about how this hotel practices safety precautions. Not even the hotel staff wore masks. None of them. Construction junk was all over the lobby and hallway. Hallway was filled with a ton of huge flies. As I approached my room, an employee, was in the process of “cleaning” it, while talking loudly on the phone. I guess when he heard me say something about how the room wasn’t ready 2 hours after check in, he ended his phone call and said “ma’am, ma’am, I’m not cleaning it, I’m just mopping the floor now.” (I guess mopping the floor isn’t considered cleaning). At 11pm we had to listen to the sound of drilling down the hall. Hot water didn’t get very hot at all. I really felt like I was staying at a truck stop. I mean, I could definitely go on about how unprofessional this place was and how unpleasant and uncomfortable my stay was. Long story short, I paid to stay 2 nights and will be checking out after only the first night, ending my trip early. I’m sure that I will not be compensated or refunded even partially, because it truly does not seem that this hotel staff cares much at all. They just want their money, as they should, as it is a business. But at least consider your guests and offer them better for their money. I work in customer service myself, so I never complain, but this was beyond horrible and I’d love to receive my money back for the night that I did not stay because I truly feel cheated out of what I paid for. I hope that this hotel does better by their customers in the future. I am highly disappointed.

Major renovation is in progress. Hotel shows its age. The view was nice and TV and wifi were good. Deadbolt and secondary security feature on door did not function. Bathroom ceiling needs repair. Continuously running noisy vent fan was very irritating by morning. Room was clean but furniture and floors showing their age (Stains). I might try this hotel again after the renovation is complete.

Great place to stay at the beach. Beautiful rooms with a beautiful view at a reasonable price. I will return
