The hotel was beautiful and the room was perfect. The maid was great, she was friendly and made tou happy to he staying at the hotel.nThe front desk service was not excellent. The girl who checked me in hardly spoke and wasn't very friendly. I called down the morning of check out to ask for an extended checkout, I am a gold member I just needed an extra hour. Mike answered and sounded stressed out and was less than happy with my request.nThere was one front desk service member who did an outstanding job, Becca. She was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I will stay here again because I love the location.

Oceanfront king room was magnificent! The staff were all super friendly and abiding by strict Covid protocols. Breakfast was a grab and go type deal which was great! One of the main reasons I love staying at these properties is that they always know how to treat their guests like royalty!

Beds wear like sleeping on concrete, the air conditioning sounded like a train was in our room, the water pressure to the shower was non-existing. They advertised a hot breakfast but all you got was a cold doggie bag. The shower had mold, you don’t get your room serviced when you stay, we stayed 4 days, and that was 4 days too many! We had to go to the front desk to get towels and washcloths. The hallways werendirty and gross! And the cover had a brown stain on it! The manager didn’t seem to know they were advertising a hot breakfast! Really!! That was a lie!! We was in town on business notnvacation and we normally stay at a Hampton or Hilton but we will never stay at this one again! The view was good!

if you don’t like sleep this is your place past midnight kids running around screaming door s slamming, incredible how ignorant families are . You would think around 10 o’clock they would make the kids go to bed but not here it’s incredible. breakfast is a box breakfast they could do a full breakfast here like many many other Hampton Inn‘s in Virginia. Can’t find a elevator in the parking garage either. definitely has great views but every other hotel on the beach has great views too
