Oceanaire Resort Hotel

Clean hotel but only 4 stars, couch is worn all u feel is the wood frame across the front of it. And Queen size beds feel like I oversize full size. GOOD atmosphere but next door ocean club is better and cheaper priced. Would think with higher rates would be better hotel.

My boyfriend took me here for a quick one night getaway. While being worried about seeing so many terrible reviews, I’m not gonna lie... I was nervous about what was to come. We were surprisingly very satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The check in was easy & quick, good customer service as well. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The only thing that kinda bummed us was we wanted an oceanfront view & they only had ocean view available. We could still the ocean from it... so I was content. I called down to the front desk around I want to say 10 PM, was seriously hoping they had a razor, toothbrushes, and toothpaste… They did!!!! And sent them up quickly I didn’t even have to go downstairs… In the morning I requested a late check out, and they had no problem with giving us an extra hour… Which I was very thankful for. The only other thing that bombed me was I made a pot of coffee in the morning, and unfortunately there were no sugar or cream packets. I called down to the front desk to get some brought up, she said sure no problem just give me about 20 minutes because it was a busy time with checkouts. I ended up going downstairs to retrieve the sugar and creamer, but I wasn’t bothered at all because the lady was super nice and apologize profusely for Not getting it up to our room sooner. Nevertheless, we would definitely come back here again.nThanks so much for a great stay!

I absolutely loved my stay while I was here. I had an oceanfront room and enjoyed the view. The room was clean upon my arrival, anything I requested from the front desk was brought to me with no problem, I was able to access other needs on my own. Loved the hotel and would definitely stay again.

It was over all an ok experience, the pool was cold the hot tub wasn't ever on, we woke up to ants in our bathroom and had to move rooms. I accidentally left my brand new necklace in the bathroom during the room switch and supposedly it was never found. They had times for the bar to be open but then we were told its only open on Wednesday.nTruly the only thing nice I have to say is the people were friendly and it had a nice view.

We go here as a family ever year for a week in the summer. The resort is clean and well kept. If their is a problem the staff work quickly to fix it. The biggest issue is how long it takes the elevator! Other than that it’s a great location and definitely safe.
