We were very disappointed in several aspects of this stay. The location was great. The rooms were decently clean. Unfortunately, check in was terrible. We arrived at 8:30pm after a 12 hour drive and were rudely told the room wasn’t ready! It wasn’t ready until after 10:30pm. Only one half-used roll of toilet paper and three bath towels for five people. It took forever to get more. The pull out couch mattress was disgusting. It took three calls to get a roll away bed at 11:00pm. A random contact lens was on the sink making one wonder if it was even cleaned. The mini lotion that’s always at a hotel was used. We’d love to come back to Virginia Beach but will not be staying at this hotel.
Very beautiful place, very nice staff, was very clean. Had a pretty decent breakfast and a great drink selection. would definitely go back again.nMy only complaint is they put $170 hold on my card and then also charge me two nights for my room.
Love this beachfront hotel. Rooms here are larger than at most hotels on the boardwalk. All of rooms are facing the ocean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Santizing protocols are well posted and rates are great.
The view was amazing! Daryl at the front desk was warm welcoming, and very helpful. I can't wait to go back!
Although not the original room I booked everything was perfect. I had the perfect views of the beach. And I got engaged here which makes it even more perfect!
