Ethan was the cashier that rung me up. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the store and the rewards program they have. He signed me up with no problems at all. Hope he gets a review mention incentive on his next check!

I always end up needing to run up to this Rite Aid that’s close to my house...at least every few days. I can always find whatever I need. Aside from the ease of a quick stop shop- I am most thankful for all of the associates that consistently greet me with a smile. They're always helpful and so kind!nEven the few times I’ve apologetically ran into the store, just minutes from closing time, to grab diapers, or something I really needed (because I have poor time management skills...sorry guys!) they are still super understanding and friendly.nThey definitely deserve a raise for prioritizing shopper experiences & their superior customer service skills (aka. qualities that are rare to find in employees these days!)

Multiple times I've called in prescriptions and never got notifications that they were ready. Go in well after the time they are supposed to be ready for pickup and they only start filling it then. Calling in is pointless.

I came there yesterday around 2 and the lady working in the pharmacy always seems to have an attitude or be short with me. It was not even busy. I wouldve excused it if it was busy but it wasn’t. Get it together!
