WORST EXPERIENCE with the pharmacy staff at this location.nThey argued with me that my insurance card was not valid and they had no way to enter my information in the system.....I have been using that card for the last 4 years and have never had an issue. Usually I go to Kroger , but it was late and we had to get a script filled for my 1 year old after leaving the CHKD for an ear infection.nSo they are like “Could I call Kroger to verify your insurance?” He called and goes “uh their closed” NO DUH, that’s why we had to come here!!!nTerrible. Terrible staff.

The pharmacy at this location is beyond excellent! They are quick, knowledgeable, friendly, happy and offer great customer service! My visit was Saturday evening!nThe front cashiers are also always friendly and the store is well stocked and clean!nThank you Little Neck WALGREENS!

Switched to this pharmacy over a year ago and every time it takes at least 20 minutes to get my prescription and that’s on a good day. They need more tech’s and more pharmacist.

**PSA: NOT 24 HRS. I’m an ER nurse and this used to be a 24 hour pharmacy but it isn’t anymore**nI love this Walgreens. I switched to them from another Walgreens in the area. The one close to my house was becoming problematic to use. I would have meds sent there and then if they weren’t in stock they would just cancel the med order without contacting me about the hold up or projected wait. I would call and ask about the meds, and the tech would place the order again and then someone else would cancel it. This kind of stuff kept happening until I left. They always seem short staffed and too busy. Now, THIS WALGREENS IS 100% BETTER. The people are so friendly here and they seem genuinely interested in helping you. My meds were filled quickly without incident. No issues whatsoever. It’s funny because I remember one time my old Walgreens sent me to them for something they didn’t have and Bob figured it out and sent me back to my Walgreens because they actually did have it. Should have taken that as a sign lol.
