I had done business with Wendy for many years, and she was pleasant most visits, there were times when she talked on the phone during most of my service, which as a professional myself is very unprofessional.nI always had services of acrylic nails ( fill- in) & pedicure with gel polish. The price was ranged between $70.00 to &100.00. She did nice work but each time I had my nails done my nails were becoming too wide and thick, which looked very fake even when I ask for them to be filed square-oval.nIn May 2020, I removed my acrylic nails because of moving and remodeling of our new home. I then began to receive a manicure & pedicure. I assumed the cost would be less expensive because I was no longer receiving acrylic nails; however, the price stayed the same, which shocked me! I am a licensed cosmetologist and understand the pricing of services. Also, the pedicure was done so quickly with very little message & dead skin removal. My manicure, I had to ask to have my cuticles trimmed. My gel polish peeled off within a few days. I have not returned because I tried another nail salon and they did very good work and the price was half the amount.

First time into Pro Nails. I had unknowingly called before business hours to inquire if they were taking walk ins (due to covid), but left no message. Wendy actually called me back, which was a pleasant surprise. They do take walk-ins, but suggest appointments or call aheads. The shop was very clean and well organized with elegant decor. Wendy was also my technician for having gel polish removed and another color placed on. She was great! Professional, warm and my manicure turned out lovely. When I revealed I had a cleaning business, she even recommended certain polishes that could withstand the hot water and chemicals I use everyday for a longer lasting manicure. This is my new go-to spot and you can't beat the price.

Well i got a gel manicure and the price was $45 which I was happy with ! Excellent job on nails lasted 4 weeks ! So I went in yesterday 11/18/2020 do get a gel refill on my nails and as usual nails looked GREAT!!! But I was in total SHOCK when I went to pay for the service and was charged $40 for a gel refill !!!!! I mean I fine that price a terribly outrageous when I called 3 other nail salons after leaving there finding out that they CHARGE $28 for a gel refill!!!!

Love this nail salon! The owner is so caring and kind! Love how skilled she is! The family environment is awesome. I love listening to her speak to her family in her native tongue. Just a great place to go!
