On Oct. 8th, my beloved dog (Riley) passed away. I contacted Pet Cremation Services. They were very understanding, provided outstanding customer services. When they return Riley ‘s remains to us, they gave us his paws print, remains placed in a beautiful wooden box with his name on it.. I am still grieving his loss and just wanted to say Thank You.
July 26, 2020 my lovely Pebbles went over the rainbow bridge and Agape graciously gave me peace of mind and took care of her cremation. They provided excellent services and now my Tinkerbell has crossed over the rainbow bridge 02/20/2021 and they will be taking care of my lovely Tinkerbell.
I just picked up my sweet baby today. From the first phone call, to dropping him off, to picking him up, this facility has been nothing but caring and amazing. Your pet is in great hands.
I just wanted to say...Thank you. PCST did a wonderful job, lived up to all their promises. Work quality is excellent, and interaction with the staff was wonderful. They took very good care of my long-time (20yo) buddy, Cagan. The box is beautiful, and the paw print a wonderful memory. I can't thank you enough for your support during a very difficult personal time for me. My absolute recommendation.
Several years ago, when this company was owned by a private owner, I was 100% satisfied with their services. I knew without a doubt that the cremains I received then were my furbaby's. They used a metal disc that stayed with my furbaby from start to finish. The disc was also in the bag with the cremains. I had my furbaby's cremains back in 24 hours.nnNow the company has been bought by a corporation. The tracking is done with a paper bar code. How can a paper bar code survive the cremation? How do they know the cremains I received are my baby's cremains?nI asked that question but never received a satisfactory response. Only when I dropped off my furbaby was I told he would not be ready for pick up for 72 hours. I had spoken with 2 different people prior to the drop off. This was never mentioned. Also, there is a strong plastic smell coming from the bag. It's nauseating.nnI have so many questions and definitely don't have a confident feeling in this transaction. I will never use this company again and I cannot and will not recommend them to anyone.
