If I could give a zero rating I would. When my daughter and I were in town for President’s Day weekend we ordered pickup from this store using the app. It was the Saturday when there was an ice storm and the store ended up closing early.nI was extremely appreciative when they called me to say they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order because they closed early due to the ice. I figured they would refund my money and cancel the order. They did not.nI have called the store at least 5-6 times over the last few weeks and never been able to speak to anyone in charge. Multiple people have taken my number and no one as called back. I know it’s only $15 and some change but I shouldn’t have been charged for food I was never able to pick up.
