This place is awesome. I got the $18 wash. Very satisfied until I looked at my front wheels. I asked the attendant if he could help. This man said let's take it thru again. Before entering he stopped me, pressure washed all 4 wheels and on this cold morning he knelt before each wheel to be sure they were clean. Service beyond my expectations. And to top it off I received a code for a discount on my next wash. A customer for life, may God bless this man for putting up with me.
Good manager's special for monthly unlimited washes. Only drawback is one attendant. Sometimes there is a backup... but really happy to not have to drive over to RIO CAR WASH on Lynnhaven!!
I have the Managers special, which is the works! It does an amazing job, super quick. Have to dry the back of the car to not leave spots but overall a great wash. My issue was with the Fast pass. It didn't read so someone had to manually put it through.
Was looking just for a vacuum to get some dirt out of my suburban. Weather is cloudy and iffy, so I wasn't looking for a wash. Gentleman was great and helpful. Vacuums had great suction. When weather clears, ill definitley be back for a wash!
Attendant very friendly. Car was good, not great. Still dirty on front and rear ends of the vehicle. Free vacuum offered. Suction was much less than desired. Would return for wash, not vacuum.
