I paid for the full service interior and exterior with fragrance and the windows are still dirty, nothing was vacuumed, and what fragrance
Had a gift certificate for a full service. Outside was ok. Windows were clean. Tires looked great. But inside? They did wipe the dust off the dash. But floors half swept, dirt on doors still there. Crumbs and dirt on console. Mats were not taken out and cleaned at all.nI’ll try a different location next time!
I asked for the Top of the Line wash meaning their Premium $29 wash from the menu. I was not given a receipt and did not know I was charged $41 for a wash. I discovered the $41 charge upon review of my credit card expenditures. Mind you, I tipped $20. When I returned to inquire about it the attendant could not explain how I could have asked for something that is not on the menu. Moral of the story, ask for a receipt!
I paid for a full detail. The outside of my suv looked great. I got inside and started to pull off and noticed the young man didn't clean my dashboard or consoles.
