Great customer service, extremely satisfied! I paid $9 for the wash and the vacuums were free with no time limit on them! I’m pretty sure I was there for over an hour enjoying the unlimited vacuum time! I got a chance to thoroughly clean the inside of my vehicle without trying to beat the clock! I’ve been to a car was nearby and paid $30 and wasn’t satisfied at all!!! So paying $9 and being this happy you guys have a forever customer! ( it’s $3 extra to do the tire shine and all that good stuff but the basic worked just fine for my needs)

Impressive!! As a mom of 2 my car gets filthy. It was far too dirty (and sandy) to tackle at home with the hand vac. For only $19 we got an incredible exterior wash/polish/shine and access to the vacuums. Excellent customer service! Excellent price. Thank you!!

I would love to say PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So I had a little hiccup. I paid for a tire shine but my tires only got shined on one side. So I spoke to one of the workers there. I’m thinking I’m only going to go through the wash again just for the tire shine but instead got a full package car wash including the tire shine With no hesitation. Amazing! I couldn’t have been more happier with their service!! Thank you!!

I drove to Virginia Beach and stayed for a two month training cycle. I am VERY picky about car washes and only go to one in Chicago - I choose to wash myself and detail with Griot's products between washes. I've driven my A8 from California to Chicago, from Chicago to Virginia and stopped at lots of places in between to clean bugs off. I was amazed at how good of a wash this is and how friendly the staff was. After my first wash I bought the Splash Pass because I couldn't wash my car myself at a hotel. I was so impressed with the quality of wash I returned twice a week for two months. I've never had an automatic wash get my car so clean, and the dryers and vacuums did an amazing job as well. On one day the attendant saw me cleaning a little excess tire shine off my wheel. She came out with a roll of paper towel to help me and apologized, stating they were waiting for someone to come fix the shine dispenser. That kind of service is above and beyond. My only bad experience was when I had to cancel my pass and drive back home - I wish they would expand and open one in Chicago! Excellent experience with caring staff. It's a winning combination.
