Parked at Deer Rapids Bridge overnight for a kayak trip on the North Fork of the Shenandoah river. We had an amazing experience! What a beautiful area!

Definitely an experience you don't want to miss.nThe bridge is easy to find and since there's access to the river it's easy to park there. It was quite busy when I went since it was the weekend but everyone else was just launching their canoes.nThe bridge itself is not in excellent condition but I never felt like it's going to break or anything. If I go again I want to take more pictures. Great views of the river.nGive it a try!!!

Very cool bridge but definitely needs some TLC. Being a contractor by trade I was too sketched out by the state of some of the planks to venture across. More power to you if you have the guts.
