This review has nothing to do with Apple products (which I love) and everything to do with the compassion I was shown by an Apple employee. I visited this Apple Store with a small technical issue that after a few hours in the store, became a big technical issue. Without going into the details, I had to divulge something very personal and the reason why I was getting visibly upset. Melanie came to my rescue and not only solved my problem but spent time listening and showing me care, empathy and compassion that we don't often get in such a transactional space. She went above and beyond and I am so very grateful.

I rated this because the Apple store isn’t opened right now. Is there a way for me to open my phone when it’s locked?
Received fast service today! Went to pick up my phone and received an important (unrelated) call at the same time. The girl was super helpful still talked me through everything and was patient with my phone going off and etc. My frist experience with apple and it was a good one!
Seriously the BEST - thank you Crystal for taking great care of us! Even though she was NOT expecting to sell us anything she definitely helped get me a great case AND the new apple pencil ud83dudc97. Too bad the store is on the Southside and we don't have one on the Peninsula that really is the ONLY reason to go over to the Southside
