Went in for some treatment today after being referred over by the LGBT Center of Hampton Roads. I had initially called in to schedule an appointment for treatment, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and penciled me in promptly. I showed up today to the building and walked in the center door of the building, not knowing the door to the right needed to be used. I left a voicemail for the staff to let them know I was lost, and they called me back shortly after, even though I was late for my appointment as a result, and they showed me where the entrance was and guided me to it.nnAll the staff inside were incredibly friendly and detailed with their instructions, and (sans my lateness to the appointment), I was in and out within an hour or so for the blood work and treatment I needed. The lobby was fairly empty, and the few people that were waiting were served fairly quickly.nnI've been advised to call back for results of some additional testing that was done, and a form was provided with the necessary information of when to call, what number, and how long to wait for.nnAll in all, this was a very welcoming experience, and at no point was my care rushed or overlooked by the staff.nnI will certainly vouch for any recommendations for anyone referred to this location for care or treatment. ❤
I called for a friend after he was told by the Virginia Beach Housing Authority that because he was homeless and had no address he couldn't receive the virus vaccine sadly he took his own life two days later.
All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. I was visiting from out of town and they were able to get me a same day appointment and taken care of.
Though you may have to wait longer than most clinics, the women are caring and and newer staff has added to the value of this service. Front of house staff could use some guidance and more patience, but overall I've been happy with their services. Giving 4 stars for front of house not always being up to par.
Popeyes on Lynnhaven is killing people they serve Molded rice and when frozen food need to defrost fast they put it in 200 degree water to defrost nats and roaches everywhere dishes do not be clean at all they just reuse IF U WANT PROOF jus email [email protected]
