We stay at this hotel at least once a year. This visit was during the Shamrock marathon, so the hotel was very busy. We used the app to check in and out and it worked flawlessly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Despite all the guests, it was quiet. We ate breakfast both days and the food was excellent, as usual. They have the best grits! And the customer service was great.
Our stay last night was great! The rooms were very clean. We were walking barefoot in the room but our feet remained clean. The front desk agent Decelyn was really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also outstanding. The pool's temperature was perfect and very relaxing. Our AC stopped working in the middle of night but was transferred to the room next door right away. Very nice hotel.
The Hotel was nice. The room was spacious and clean. Large walk in shower, nice size Vanity. Only put one facecloth instead of two.Thr view of the Ocean off of the Balcony was wonderful. Nice breakfast. Did not come to change bedding or empty the trash cans. The sign in the room said to call for these things Had a heated indoor and outdoor pool. Great great weekend!!! The wife and I wanted to get away for her birthday. We had a waterfront view with a balcony. The room was very clean and I cannot say enough about the free breakfast. We will definately be returning. A+
I decided to visit Virginia Beach for a weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I slept in an oceanfront king room and I loved my view. The room and hallways could stand to be updated but other than that I would stay there again.
