Booked a two night stay here. Front desk was very friendly and even called me to let us know our room was ready at 4pm. Although when we got there there was a mix up with our room the front desk clerks remained professional calm and friendly and quickly resolved the issue. First sight of establishment it was very well kept and clean. The room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in another room. I also liked that the sink wasn't inside the bathroom it was actually in the hall between both rooms. There was a nice size refrigerator and microwave. Plus 2 flat screen TVs. The balcony was clean and this was an ocean front room and I felt like I was actually near the ocean. Very good view. There is so much to do here. Fitness center, lazy river , 3 pools. Movie room. Splash pool for the kids. 3 restaurants and you can walk right out and be on the boardwalk. Will be returning in the summer. I had a very nice stay.
Our family vacations here every summer from 3 to 5 nights. We love it. Great location north “quiet” but still on the boardwalk. Every room is ocean front or ocean view. We usually get the poolside rooms and are very happy with them. The pool area restaurants are basic fare but for lunch in the summer by the pool...works just fine. From the pool...100 steps and on to the sand..:I think it is a great layout...that’s why we keep coming back.
Great service from check in to check out. All staff is very attentive and do their best to make sure your needs are met. The location is great! The rooms may need updates, but are well kept. Great view of the ocean even from side balcony.
We stayed in the Deluxe Oceanfront Suite, it was clean with a great view. There is plenty of parking for the guest. The staff was super friendly, including the maintenance people. The cafe was well stocked and the food was tasty. I would definitely stay here again.
This was my first time in a hotel since last March and my very first time staying at this property. Customer service was not what I was accustomed to at IHG. I am used to being greeted by friendly, welcoming staff at guest services who take the time to explain the property and breakfast times and locations. I had to ask about the meal vouchers I had purchased with our reservation. I requested extra pillows and a blanket and never received it. The room was alright, but seemed a bit dated. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. The staff in the dining area was wonderful!
