A bit overwhelmed for Labor Day weekend, but the hotel is really nice.
Be careful when you book a room here. The ocean is beautiful, but the hotel is not living up to the Hilton name. When I arrived at check in time, they gave me a different room compared to the one I booked online from their website. They tied using the more expensive price that I booked on the less expensive room that they gave me. When I insisted that they change the price, they said it changed in their system but they would not give me any written information on the change. At this moment, my credit card still shows the higher amount listed. Another disappointment was that someone was smoking on their balcony. It happened a few times throughout the night after. I informed the front desk, but nothing changed. If you’re going to Virginia Beach, I’d suggest staying somewhere else.

Our hotel room is AMAZING. Open the sliding door step outside and the ocean welcomes you. The view and Neptune statue is phenomenal.nnGlad we chose this hotel at VA Beach for our 30th Anniversary.
Second time staying here. Very nice.
