The views and hotel location are incredible. Each room has a beach view. The location puts you in between both ends of the boardwalk. The staff are so friendly. They went out of our way to make our stay memorable. There was a room mix up at the start and management HAND WROTE me a card, slipped it under the door and gifted us points and included a gift certificate to use at their restaurant, Hemmingway's. The food was so delicious, we returned the following night!. I cannot say enough about the time we spent here.
I booked a room for a self care night on 2/12. The staff was very welcoming. I wish I could remember the woman who was working the front desk. She made sure I had everything I needed. The bartender in the restaurant was amazing. The customer service was exceptional. Wish I could have stayed another night.nnAlso, it was right across the street from a couple of my favorite bars. Definitely keeping this in mind the next time I go out.
The hotel room was nice and clean. The hotel was impressive and modern. I loved the fact that the hotel has a beach side facing where in the balcony we could see the beach and sun and moon. It was a blast and we had a great time. ud83dude04
Hotel conveniently located right off the Hwy that turns into 21st street and this hotel is a beachfront property. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly, so check in was super easy. This is maybe my 3rd time at this hotel. They are following COVID PRECAUTIONS so make sure you wear a mask and stay 6 ft away. this property was clean and staff comforting. Thanks!
Had nonstop issues with this property but Robert did try to accommodate us as much as he could. Won't be returning here
