Great service and friendly staff!
Staff is super helpful and kind. I always find what I'm looking for. I love ULTA!
While I normally love Ulta, this location is not my preferred one. This store always happens to be out of something that I'm looking for and it takes them a while to restock.nnNot to be that person, but I don't appreciate having several different employees come at me from every turn asking me if I need something. I understand that helpful service is important, but I like to be left alone while I shop and they make me uncomfortable with that.nnSometimes the lines at checkout are long.nnNot a bad store overall, it's convenient whenever I'm in VB. But I prefer the Greenbrier and Landstown stores over this one.
This store requires your personal information (Phone or Email) to make a purchase and to return. A receipt is not enough anymore? I will never shop here with this type of policy. My contact info is my property and not for you to use as you please. The associate wanted to argue with me that they required more than just payment for the product, then asked if I wanted to use someone else’s contact information for my purchase. Train your staff, fix your system. Never again shopping there - Nov 16, 2020 around 15:00.
