The lady that works at the front desk the receptionist is very rude obnoxious and cuts u off in the middle of the convo and does not answer any of ur questions very very very rude she doesn't need to be working for the community
If I could give -5 stars I would. I’ve never experienced such rude people that work for the city in my life. Very unfriendly, do not like to answer phone calls or return phone calls. The lady at the front desk is terrible, cut you off while speaking and rude.
I wish i could give this office a zero! I just call about a transfer, she was rude, and unprofessional, and she cut the conversation short when i had more questions for her, the receptionist need to go, shes not for the people, her manors are terrible, i change my mind. SMDH
I wish that the program would strengthen and hire more staff members in the program, and also offer options for people such as living in a house instead of just an apartment. Also I wish this program would reach out to many land lords in a positive way to help people find housing in different locations in Virginia Beach, VA.
