Called today 9/25/2020 and the young man I needed to speak to concerning my question about solar panels and condominiums was on another line. The young lady that answered, took my number and Erving called me right back. My question was more for Zoning and instead of transferring me, he said he would walk over and get me an answer and call me back. Not only did he get me the positive answer I was hoping for, but he did it fast and very professionally. This is why I love living in Va Bch. Chic’s Beach especially! I hope his boss, supervisor or even the Mayor reads this review. Thanks for a pleasant experience Erving! (Nobody likes calling the city or state for anything!)
Great customer service from Scott Soady. He went above and beyond insuring the water was restored when HOA seemed not too concerned. Possibly saving thousands of dollars in repairs! Thank you!
