If you’re applying for a passport for the first time, come here to do it! I wish I remembered her name but the lady that helped me was so nice and helpful. She even let me retake my photo I had gotten done at the Ups store because she was worried it was too dark and wanted to make sure my application was accepted. It also only took 10 minutes so I recommend them vs the post office, etc.:)

Called and made appointment. I was given a list of items needed for processing appointment - completed application, certified birth certificate etc. They adked if I had a certified birth certificate, I said I had sent for and recieved such years ago from PA.nFast forward to appointment - told at front desk, my birth certificate was not acceptable by updated standards, PA is known for this.nWHY could this not have been addressed when scheduling appointments? Simply go over new standards before setting appointment - wasting over an hour day of the appointment?

Had to take my daughter for her 1st passport. We were in there for less than 10min! The lady was very helpful & nice. I heard stories of taking a while at the post office. This is the place to go to!

These people are WAYYY better than the post office for getting a passport. I was able to schedule an appointment, and they were right on time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and my passport showed up in the mail 3 weeks later (without being expedited). I would highly recommend them for anyone else who needs a passport.

Great service! Went to apply for a passport. Girl that helped me was very professional and nice plus it took like 10 minutes.
