Let say the kids enjoyed their stay whereas wife and I didn't. Upon first impression the outside great, walking inside seen to be nice also until we realize the front and back doors was not properly sealed. With the temperature gauge set at its highs the downstairs felt like an igloo and the upstairs was a sauna. So there was time for the wife and I. The TV's was located close to the back door and the other in the master bedroom. It would had been to have one in the loft . If you use alot of tissue and paper products insure you purchase before arriving. I got two extra rolls and was told it was an country store about five miles away. Great fluffy towels and the people at the ski resort was very friendly especially a gentleman name Paul was awesome in taking care of your ski and rental need.

Rooms are spacious, but very unhygienic. Stay away from this place if you are planning with kids.nCarpets were sticky all around the rooms. Utensils were not clean and be aware they might charge you for the pre-existing issues in a room after you check-out. We were charged extra 75$ as a cleaning fee although the room was not untidy. We left room as it was, infact better than that.nnOnly good thing was indoor pool. Stay away with this if you can.

Literally the worse experience ever!!! I recently went to this resort and found bed bugs in one of the bedrooms. Absolutely horrific! My father was bitten all over his body and my mother has some bites on her arm as well. I had a feeling this place was not good since the beginning. The kitchen appliances were not really clean, and the towels in the bathroom still had stains on them. Besides this, the carpet seriosuly needs to be vacuumed, my sister was laying down on the rug and got bitten by some bug and has a really bad reaction. If you go here, I'd advise you to check the bed, and make sure there's no crack on the wall. The bedroom that had bedbugs had a crack by the side of the wooden wall and its right behind the bed, which is where I believed the bed bugs were dwelling in, before they sensed human blood. Honestly, I have been to many places, but out of every resort I went to, this one is unacceptable! It's as if they didn't clean, and the crack by the side of the bed should have been fixed and is clearly visible if someone came into the room to clean. The fact that they allowed someone to sleep in this house with a broken wooden wall is unacceptable. I noticed a nail on the side of the wood, it seems as if they have tried to fix the wooden wall but clearly did not properly fix it. I am never coming back to this place!!
