Edinburg Renaissance Bed & Breakfast

Absolutely wonderful hosts, spotless home, great breakfast and awesome company! Our room was fantastic and sitting out on the porch was one of the highlights of our trip. I recommend staying here and hope to visit again.

Perfect hosts with a beautiful b+b in the heart of a wonderful region. Bill and Donna went out of their way to make us feel at home and told us all about the local history and attractions. Great food and drinks nearby.

What a wonderful place to visit! The owners are the sweetest people & we were blessed to meet them! Kind and welcoming and their home is just beautiful! We had such a lovely time at this charming Bed and Breakfast! I highly recommend it to everyone! We were greeted cheerfully and even though we were early to check in, kindly invited in and very kindly assisted us with directions and information about local sights we were interested in. They even gave us a coupon!!nThe place is simply beautiful and has a wonderful history and lovely character. We were welcomed personally on a chalkboard sign when we entered! (What a Charming & Thoughtful Detail!)nWe had a large and very comfortable room with a wonderful balcony, which we both loved. The bed was huge and very comfortable, cozy robes and a small dinette, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. They offered complimentary beverages including wine, liquors and champagne, I believe, although we didn't partake that evening.nThey went over and above, in every way, to make sure we had a pleasant stay!nThere's a charming antique shop downstairs, which they kindly took me to shop in, even though it was late when we got back from dinner at The Mill. I was excited by a nice purchase there and was delighted to receive a brief tour of some of this beautiful place! It is quite lovely, very clean and beautifully decorated with antiques, personal treasures, collectibles & artworks.nWe were warmly greeted again at breakfast, which was splendid! The dining room is beautiful and we had such wonderful conversation with the owners and the other guests. They are such amazing people! They even gave us a large container of fish food & other supplies, for our patio pond that could no longer use! ud83dude01nMy blouse was wrinkled and when my husband inquired, they personally delivered and set up a steam iron and ironing board for our convenience! We were late checking out and still, they graciously shared as warm a goodbye as we were greeted with at check in! We left feeling rested & happy & went on our way in good spirits thanks to this wonderful couple!nThe location is convenient to Skyline Drive and Luray Caverns. We enjoyed Shenandoah Caverns as well as a beautiful covered bridge and a very interesting swinging bridge during our stay & had a pleasant meal at another historical location, The Mill.nThey even kindly showed us their accommodations for extended stay guests. We recommend this place highly, regardless of the length of your visit, they have accommodations to meet your needs.nYou couldn't possibly top the service or the accommodations and the price is more than reasonable. We made last minute reservations and were not familiar with the area, so we weren't sure what to expect, but I really can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at The Edinburgh Renaissance! The website is clear and informative, but really doesn't do justice to this beautiful home! You won't be disappointed! We can't wait to go again!

Well located for excursions in the Valley. Rooms are comfortable, and the home is well kept. Pillows run hot during the night.
