Some of the most kind and wonderful people work here. I visited multiple times with tons of packages to mail and all of the employees were happy to help with a smile on their faces.
They are overworked and underpaid. They take care of a very large area and population for their amount of staff. I have been to other USPS in other cities in the Dakotas and believe me, these girls earn their money all day long. People need to realize you need patience when going to post office as you never know what is going to hold you up but be planning on that possibility. Without USPS the country would fall apart at the seams. Go ship your items at fedex or ups and pay twice the cost of usps. For the population of Aberdeen their should be another usps but unfortunately only one. Just remember these people are running their tails off and they did not go home during covid 19 scare. They went to work to serve you.
Wonderful service at this place
Have yet to be on time with one of my packages. If a package arrives on Monday at 7 am, how does it take until Friday to transport 5 blocks. Then not allow me to pickup on my own time. It's 2018. Please find people that want to do their job. It be much appreciated.
I avoid going here whenever I can. Came here, out my better judgement, waited in line to get a passport picture and was told I had to wait for the entire line behind me to be helped prior to them taking my picture.
