Great guy and very friendly. Jeff was on time, diagnosed my problem very quickly, and was in and out quicker than I could have hoped for. He even stuck around for a bit to repeatedly test the system to ensure everything was totally fixed. I definitely recommend. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, you can bet they'll be my first call.

Jeff was extremely helpful and went out of way to assist us, including offering to come at time that was both timely and convenient. He took the time to understand the problem with our garbage disposal and was able to provide a successful solution via phone in this case. We've used Brinson and Son in the past as well, and have always been quite pleased. Thanks, Jeff!

I just got my water heater replaced. Jeff is very methodical and reasonable. He is very professional and sees the entire task through thoroughly. I will highly recommend him for all your plumbing jobs.

Great, reliable service! We had a disastrous leak that turned out to require nothing more than a new toilet. Jeff Brinson was terrific about analyzing the situation, and his wife Sharon is a fabulous customer service person. She helped me find a source for the new toilet, and she even called them and had everything waiting for me to pick up.nnKUDOS! I've used numerous other No Va plumbers but I'll always call Brinson & Sons from now on.
