There is always something with this place. I stopped going for years. Today I get to the first machine without an out of service sign. Unload my arms of 3 baskets to start loading one and the attendant is saying I can’t use it. It’s broken. First their machines are always out of order, good luck finding one without a sign on it. Second if there aren’t sign how am I supposed to know. So I ask which can I use (honestly I would have left but I needed my work uniforms washed) an attitude from both of us and she shows me the smallest ones. Guess they have to get money somehow. Paying more to use multiple small machines.

Went there today-01/13/2021... excellant Customer service from the owners. What a team !!!! They helped me load the washers and showed me how to use the machines. 70lbs. of Laundry, out in 30 minutes !!!!!nClean/fresh smelling clothes !!!! What a enjoyable experience !!!!!nI'm going back for sure !!! Very awesome couple, the owners. Makes you feel at home !!! Bravo to Kimberly & Harold !!!!!!!nHarry Harth

The owner of this store is genuine and amazing. The prices may be steep BUT I can guarantee you, there is no other laundromat that is safer and cleaner than this one!nThis woman and her husband are the hardest working business owners I've ever seen.

Worst place ever. Dryers do not work! Man working rude and could careless about anything except getting quarters out of machine!

Expensive and the big loaders are old, worn out and take more quarters then the 20 asked.
