The ladies doing the laundry, are great!! BUT, the consistent undependability from the place is sad. This place USE to be the best in front royal, now... Not so much. In a bind when you NEED a laundromat, they're closed... And yes I mean on a sunday at 2 in the afternoon, when most people do their laundry....
Fair prices good service. Clothes are always hung up and folded neatly with a quick turn around service of a day
Lord almighty do not go here, terrible place, they have lied to me multiple times about the closing time making me waste gas driving there and finding them closed, all do you staff shortage which is not of customers fault. I would recommend going here if you want covid too, the staff members don’t even wear masks.nOwner got hurt and staff got shortened how the hell does that happen.
Well seems like to me the doors get locked whenever they choose. Place closes at 6 and lock the doors at 430. The sign says doors locked 1 hour before closing. That is a lie and are locked anytime after 4. Staff is not every friendly to 4pm customers. So yes I will take my business else where. I would rather drive to Winchester than deal with a small business that does not want to be in business!!!!
