I had an appointment with a particular employee. I showed up and they were not there. I drove 30 minutes for my appointment. I was told that the employee had something else to do and they didn't have a chance to call me. Another employee told me she would do the service IF I wasn't too picky. I explained that I'm always picky when I'm spending my hard earned money. She went around asking if anyone else wanted to help me. I told her not to worry because I was leaving. This is the 4th time I have made an appointment with a particular employee and they didn't show up and I didn't get a phone call. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
