My husband and I were gifted a couples package for Christmas 2019. We were unable to use it thanks to COVID and there's no way to reach anyone about a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

I just visited here for the first time. I am new to the area so I found this place on my Gps. Before I even hit the door, a man stopped me saying that they were booked and couldn't take any more people, however, I looked in through the window and only saw a few people getting serviced. I politely said okay and thank you. I thought this was very weird and not good Customer service to not offer a reason why it was basically empty but they wouldn't even let me get past the front door. I am now on my way to Pro Nails around the corner where hopefully they are more polite.
