Brandon was absolutely fabulous! Very disappointed. It was 1 error after another. It's been 5 days. Still no Cpap. I spent 3 hours in round trips, back and forth. The machine they gave me had missing parts. I think it's refurbished. Even the switch doesn't turn on or off. Finally, their receptionist, has the warmth and empathy of a rock. She is SARCASTIC AND RUDE. I'm looking for a new company. Thumbs down on Clay.

My rheumatologist ordered crutches for me; because I have arthritis and cannot walk without them properly. My old pair were a bit shorter for me and I was in extra pain bent over. These are perfect for being tall.nMaranda was very polite and helpful. Also, I took the order form on March 5, 21 and just received today. No, no do not get me wrong. I called your facility Clay’s Medical a lot of times; and was told they were waiting on a form; from the doctor’s office. Your staff were concerned and polite every time I called. I desperately needed my new crutches and it wasn’t Clay’s Medical fault but, the doctor’s office. I called them several times and had to leave messages for something simply as a fax; it made me disappointed. But, your staff said it was fine because I kept calling; they could understand my frustration.nI just want to thank everyone for the wonderful expertise shown to me in store and on phone.nEveryone please go to Clay’s Medical for all your in- home needs as well as mobility. They are superb

Daniel is very professional and prompt with his delivery. At the initial delivery, he explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the use of the oxygen machine and canisters.
