Very pleased with the friendliness, expertise, and service! Definitely recommend them! In addition, the store was chock full of wonderful fabrics and notions. Amazing.

Called to see about servicing my sewing machine and serger. The lady I talked to was very unfriendly and didn’t seem to want my business. The way she talked to me was very upsetting. I will have to take my business elsewhere.nnUpdate: If you are the owner that is very sad. You were very unfriendly and unprofessional. You said you did service brother sergers, not baby locks, but you wouldn’t even try to schedule out a future date for service. I have already contacted a couple other places I will be taking my machines to that treated me kindly and were very professional.nnUpdate: A simple apology for your rudeness would suffice. Apparently that is not going to happen. I wish you luck on your business endeavors and would highly suggest making more of an effort to be nice to all potential customers!
