I ordered my items on the phone, beacuse of Covid I wasn't sure the lobby was open...it was! The staff still took my order over the phone. I had used the ColorSnap app to find colors I wanted, which also made ordering easy! When I picked up my items I went into the store (I could have called a # posted and my order would have been brought out to me if I wanted to), my order was ready, the staff was friendly, and it was nice being able to walk into a business again!

Sherwin-Williams has always met the standards for on the job specs and off the job and provide a great quality product and back it up with knowledgeable sales staff. I would recommend to a first timer or to the experienced individuals.

Some of the best customer service I've experienced yet and very knowledgeable staff makes for an easy transaction. I almost want to go back and buy stuff I don't need just to do business there again.

The gentleman working is so kind, and knows his craft. The first time I came in with my floor and wood sample, he helped me pick the color of paint that he thought would go well, and I just love the color. He also helped me pick out brushes and rollers, I was so happy with his service and help..
