Needs repairs to each home and they do quick fix.
All they want is rent money will not fix anything in a timely Manor I had to buy a refrigerator after 6 months of asking them to replace it along with the oven they did not replace repair or even look at neither of those and it took 6 months before I got tired of paying a high electric bill for two items that does not work correctly and have to replace them also AC unit has been leaking water inside the house and they still haven't sent anybody and it's been over a week very frustrated upset and they are very bad business to deal with
I rent from them and so far when I call for something wrong they have been ontop of it
There is a lot of run down trailors in this park... But the landlord is desent
Alot of abandon home here wonder why?
