Knights Inn Madison Heights, VA

Great for the price. Nice, clean, and cozy room, and almost everything in the room looked brand new. Staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. Overall good experience. Will definitely be heading back if I need a room in future.

I made a reservation online for a one bed room. When I went to check in they didn’t have any one-bedrooms available. The little boy behind the counter said that he was gonna cancel the reservation and charge me $80 plus tax to book with him. I told him to hold on while I went to the car and made a new reservation online for a double bed room. when I brought it to him he had an attitude and told me that he felt like “I went behind his back to make a cheaper reservation” (chuckle!!!) and he was going to cancel my reservation so that somebody willing to pay the amount that he verbally told me can take the room. He went on to let me know that if he gave me the reservation he’ll be losing out on money for a person that might make the reservation But still didn’t have a reservation at 11:30 at night!! Long story short we got the room. I went to take a shower but had to figure out that hot water and cold water are reverse. so don’t put on the hot water thinking it’ll get hot. put on the cold water and expect for it to be hot. the room didn’t have any amenities listed on the ad as far as microwave refrigerator because they’re re- renovating so the room was completely empty with nothing but beds and of course the towels. I woke up to loud music and construction at 8o’clock in the morning for the two nights that I was there. I had to literally call the front desk and ask them at 9o’clock in the morning to ask their worker to turn off the music. I feel like before I booked I should’ve been made aware that there would be construction early in the morning so that I could’ve been given the option to deal with construction or not. I could’ve booked at another hotel for the same price without construction and I could’ve slept as long as I wanted and I could’ve avoided the rude almost nonexistent customer service given to me. I’ve been to many knights inn and this was by far was the worst! customer service was horrible the rooms had no amenities and they really lack empathy for the customers. so if your asking me my opinion would be to go somewhere else. There’s plenty of cheap hotels in the area that value their customers comfortability and dime.

Customer service was good, the folks that works there was very friendly, pet friendly, and the room was clean. Only thing i didnt like was the broken piece In the sink... Other then that absolutely great and the price. Definitely recommend.

Is give 0 if I could! Been traveling for 2 days on the road. At 4 o'clock am there was a refusal to charge for one night stay , instead wanted to charge for 2 nights and was unwilling to accommodate a regular customer with multiple issues every time I have visited. The condition is very poor with mildew smell, broken fixtures and issues with cable shortages and cleanliness. Greed vs customer hospitality shows u truelly why this place is in disarray. Plus the red roof in is only like 10 dollars more with much nicer service and very clean and nice rooms
