I purchased a pair of RalphLauren sunglasses online last year that had loosened and warped over time. I came in store today to ask about how to have them repaired and Jocelyn was an exceptional help. She explained how to order replacement parts while she adjusted the pair to fit like new. Even though I didn't make a new purchase today, I'll definitely come back to this location in hopes of having Jocelyn's help for any future purchases or service. Thank you!
