Not helpful at all I mean I guess they can't help you as much as they did before thanks to this crazy COVID 19 stuff and others messed it up for many people

The need for food and assistance is greatly than you know . The process has turn people away from getting the help they truly need with remember what you pay for in thirty days and social security cards are harmful when they can be used. Certain agency can provide you with that info because it is duplicating the information by computer.

Interfaith Outreach assists those with needs of any kind. God bless them all for the work they do. It takes a heart of gold and love to do what they do. Blessings!

The receptionist was very condescending. All 3 employees I interacted with acted as though just my very presence and need for their services was a strike against me and a character flaw. I felt as though they assumed/believed that anyone with financial problems is presumed to be ignorant or of lesser intelligence. Ironically, the simple, but important, errors they made when deciding my eligibility made them seem completely ignorant themselves. I was denied assistance because of mistakes they made, that could have been avoided if they had listened to what I had to say. I was bemused at how ALL 3 refused to let me explain anything to them. And bewildered how any of them are qualified for that type of job when they make costly mistakes and don't treat their clientele as equals. Maybe they got their jobs through one of the charitable programs? Not that it matters but their error that cost me assistance was simple math. I have a bachelor's degree and have worked in quality assurance. I even arranged my paperwork to ensure it was easy to comprehend and to try to avoid the very mistakes they made. I try not to look down on people, but I left feeling like I was better qualified to do any of their jobs...
