I would recommend the Doctor's, Therapists, and Staff to anyone. The level of care is exceptional! Dr. McCarthy replaced both knees over the last 5 months and I'm back up and doing all my normal activities, simply fabulous. Special shout out to the Physical Therapy Staff for getting my range of motion back so fast! Warm, caring, and professional. I would not go anywhere else for any kind of rehab!

I have been more than satisfied with Tidewater Orthopaedics. The staff is awesome (thank you Hillary, Chasity, Rachel and Marty. There are others but these are the people who worked with me)nThe gym itself is spotlessly clean. All the staff sanitize constantly...when someone gets up their area is sanitized.nHillary, the desk secretary is wonderful. She greets you with a cheerful greeting. And, although she’s wearing a mask, I know she’s smiling under it.nRachel and Marty ( the physical therapists) are both pleasant, dedicated people who are definitely well trained in their field.nChasity is a true treasure for the practice. She is a technician who never stops moving. She is always doing something, with a smile on her face.nI would highly recommend this practice if you ever have the need for therapy. Everyone here is delightful all the time.

I attended multiple physical therapy sessions for a stubborn pinched nerve that I had been dealing with for months. They were able to get rid of the pain as well as give me plenty of exercises to continue at home so that I can prevent this from happening again. Hilary, at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. Chastity was so nice and funny. She was very helpful at showing me how to do the exercises correctly - ALWAYS with a pleasant attitude. She was always busy, but did her job extremely well. I saw Rachel and Katie for the main treatment, and they were so great and positive. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and were able to answer any questions that I had. I never dreaded going to physical therapy and always left with a smile on my face. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Have been receiving therapy at the Williamsburg office for several weeks. I have been seen and treated by all of the therapists. They ALL are very professional and at the same time very caring and friendly. They all make me feel so welcomed. Chastity is an amazing assistant and is always smiling. Thanks to a GREAT practice!

Received physical therapy treatment at the Williamsburg office for 9 weeks after having total right hip replacement. The staff were wonderful to work with, I don't believe my outcome would have been as good without them. They are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, they care about you , talk with you, not at you and are concerned if you are having issues, and work with you to address and resolve the issue. The videos they send to you for your home therapy work outs are great, easy to access and understand, sometimes if I was having a painful day, I would do an extra work out which always helped reduce/eliminate the pain. I loved how I was able to track my at home sessions. I highly recommend the Doctors, Therapists, and staff.
