theresa was extremely rude to me and the customers in line in front of me. usually when i go here i am greeted with a smile and good customer service. people like this might want to find a different line of employment.
This place is awful I will never mail anything here again a lady Theresa was managing the desk it took her 26 minutes to check me out. It was one package she restarted twice. She had no idea what she was doing. And she was so grumpy. Three people left that were in line because they were tired of waiting. Honestly so was I have never had someone work that slow and wasted that much of my time.
That black lady that's in there is always in a bad mood. I had asked her a simple question about how to fill out the money order because it was a lot different then the others i have purchased. Jesus Christ, Why did I ask her that for?, she almost took my head off. They never answer the phone, I had a package that they were trying to investigate, they never got back at me or again they never answer their phone. I will say this, the mail man name Matthew that delivers mail on my street does a great job in making sure my packages are here. This guy works really hard and deserves a raise.
Employee went to ship a box out of this post office and they said that the box was too large and that they couldn't ship it. The box is a little larger than a typical moving box. At no price were they willing to ship it, they said it was too big for their system. They suggested we break it down into smaller boxes and their smaller boxes were extremely tiny. Not too sure why they can't actually ship large boxes being the postal service. I've gotten boxes twice this size shipped to and from me via the postal service (different branch).
Rude people, takes minimum of 30 minutes everytime I come here. And this visit, it finally came to be my turn and I asked the lady BEFORE I filled out the overnight label if she could tell me if my package could be delivered to a particular zip code overnight. She rudely told me no and that my label would have to be filled out first. So I did as requested, filled out my label and then again had to wait to be taken care of. After 10 additional minutes she finally takes me and tells me that the package can not be delivered overnight. 40 minutes wasted! Someone seriously needs to do something about the rude people who work here.
