We've lived here for several years, and have had no problems. The landlord won't allow a bunch of trash laying around, so I'm not sure why people are saying it's dirty. This is the best mobile home park that I've lived in, the managers work with you if needed, and even help to cut your grass if you can't! I absolutely CANNOT say anything bad about it.
Wonderful place to work and live, been in my family for three generations.

Manager very down to earth and friendly. Park is clean and well kept.
A little noisy with the music at times, but overall much quieter than I thought it would be. Management is great to work with!
