Can't get anyone to respond. Just a busy signal.nnI changed my rating from one star to three because when I called again someone finally answered. She was very pleasant and answered my questions. But I can't give more than three because I did get a ticket after all.

If you are getting a marriage license or getting married here, these people are fantastic! My new husband and I came from Pennsylvania to get married right here at the courthouse, the ladies in the office could not have been more pleasant and helpful, very kind! The fine gentleman that married us David Blount was just as nice and put us at ease very quickly. There needs to something said about small town atmosphere and the folks that live there.

Poor customer service (as expected with any government facility) and more importantly; if you call between 8am and 4:30pm, you will more than likely get a busy signal more times than not. They will not answer your calls regardless. Most challenging aspect: getting them to clear your driving record and payment confirmation. They take months to get something done that usually (or is supposed to) take just 24-72 hours. It’s alright little baby town; maybe one day you’ll figure out how to manage yourself like all the other towns. Best of luck!

For the life of younPlease don't get anyone pregnant out here and then have a custody / visitstion / child support case issued out here because they do not follow the Constitution nor do they follow the law.nnVIRGINIA LAW:nn§ 20-124.5. Notification of relocation.nIn any proceeding involving custody or visitation, the court shall include as a condition of any custody or visitation order a requirement that thirty days' advance written notice be given to the court and the other party by any party intending to relocate and of any intended change of address, unless the court, for good cause shown, orders otherwise.
