Buttons on air compressor is broke and it doesn't work properly.
The place could be cleaner, but the food and slushies are delicious and prices are reasonable.
Cashier's always really fast, enthusiastic, and very helpful and work hard. Great food, just a tiny bit sloppy and sometimes fast. Bathrooms are always clean, as well as the whole store inside and out. I travel all over Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia and Maryland. I've seen my fair share of Sheetz. This Roanoke Sheetz stands out. The bathroom was closed earlier for cleaning. I opened the door and there, squatted down, scrubbing every square inch of the urinal beside him, was a hard worker that puts every ounce of effort into his job unlike most these days. That made a huge impression on me.
I came in last night with my daughter to get food. The girl bagging food did not properly have her mask on and when I said something she caught an attitude. I'm currently standing in side the store and the same girl is bagging with out having her mask on properly. The mask rule is in effect for a reason this is absolutely unacceptable. If I was purchasing for my self I would demand my money back
