Do not take your mother or father to this place its the worse! My mother is there for physical therapy but she is getting ready to come home I've talked to the people who work there they are the rudest people to try and talk to and not just one person I've talked to different people and I've been on the phone with my mother and I could hear the staff talking to my mom and they were hateful to her and instead of being polite and asking her to do something they were demanding and talking to her like she was a child, my mother deserves to be talked to with respect and so does all the other patients, If the staff doesn't like there job they should find a different one instead of taking it out on the patients they shouldn't be taking care of pets much less patients so no I wouldn't recommend this place at all I read a lot of bad reviews about this place just before she went there and I made a mistake by not listening but It will never happen again!

I spent a few weeks at Pheasant Ridge after a surgery. Staff treated me very well and therapy worked diligently to get me back on my feet. I was able to return to work shortly after my stay at Pheasant Ridge.

A few months ago we were faced with having to put my father in-law in a nursing facility for a few weeks due to a bad case of pneumonia. He lived in NC but his daughter lived in VA. I started doing research and had heard great things about Pheasant Ridge and being a nursing home administrator myself found that this was the best place for him to go. My father in-law and his daughter are still talking about the awesome care and attention he received there. From the housekeeping staff to the therapy department they were great. He is still talking about the administrator and how he would come by every day to check on him. We highly recommend Pheasant Ridge.

I inquired about my grandmother coming to Pheasant Ridge and the admissions department helped explain to me the care my grandmother needed at the time. She wasn’t ready for a nursing home. “she” lead me in the right direction. Although, my grandmother isn’t at Pheasant Ridge at this time, call them with any questions. They’re very helpful.
